Swimsuit sales over the past two weeks are up nearly 20% ahead of spring break beach trips and the upcoming summer months. In this segment on Amazon, market share leaders include established brands like Lands’ End along with newcomers such as Soucrat, whose ruffled two-piece bathing suit experienced an 82% increase in revenue over the past 30 days.

While Swimsuits For All maintains the largest chunk of market share (20%) in this segment, other leading brands and newcomers have made significant strides in the past year. This is evident in the impressive growth of Lands’ End (224%), Rekita (106%), and Soucrat (240%) and suggests a shift in consumer preferences with shoppers potentially seeking new designs and/or more competitive prices.

Top-grossing products in this segment over the past month vary in style, but many of those with the largest revenue increases over the past month feature one of 2024’s latest fashion trend: Ruffles!

Rosyclo’s market share increased 50% over the time period coinciding with the viral popularity of its cloud sandals, highlighting the influence of social media on consumer behavior.
